The use of little to no oil and light stretching of the skin is used to improve maintain lymphatic fluid circulation and support immune function. This modality is known to reduce swelling. Some conditions that benefit from this is cancer, pregnancy, post-operation, fibromyalgia, clogged sinuses, and much more.

Stones are heated to a tolerable temperature and placed on specific areas of the body. The heat increases circulation and thus loosens muscles. The stones have a soothing effect that will surely leave you feeling relaxed.

Cups are placed on areas in need and a pump is used to suction the area for several minutes. This results in loosened fascia (outer layer of muscles), which helps to increase blood flow, reduce pain and increase mobility. In addition, movements and stretching may be done to further increase your range.

Also known as Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization or “IASTM”. Similar to a massage, instruments are used to break up adhesions that limits a muscles range. As a result, your muscles will have an increase in blood circulation and more mobility.
